Tiffin is the plain, good food you would cook at home if you had the afternoon: a sak, a dal, rice, and rotli or bhakri to go with it. It changes with what is good and with the day.
The dishes on the Main Course and Kathiyawadi counters give a fair idea of the range — gawar nu sak, bharela bhinda, tadka dal, vagharela dahi bhat.
Arrange tiffin with the shop directly. Standing weekly arrangements are the usual way people do it.
